What is Reiki? It is a Japanese word pronounced (ray-key) and means Universal Life Force. This is the unseen Divine energy that flows through all living things on the planet. Reiki is the study of energy, a science based on the language of symbols and attunements. It is one of the simplest, most direct and powerful ways of focusing healing
energy. Its history has been handed down from ancient Tibetan Sanskrit teachings of the Vedas and is over 5,000 years old.

Reiki is easy to learn, understand and practice. Practitioners and recipients find more peace, a relaxed sense of well-being, and use it as a positive treatment for the body, emotions, mind and spirit.

What is this sharing all about? Attuned Reiki Practitioners are offering their healing gifts to the general public. Come to sample a treatment and to get to know some of the healers that are available to the community.

You will spend some time resting on a Reiki table and one or more practitioner will provide you with the Reiki Blessing. The length of your treatment will be determined at the event.

Jeremy Anacker is hosting and facilitating this event. He is a Reiki Master, an Aura Seer, and a Transformation Educator of over 19 years. He attunes and educates others into the world of healing and he will be available to discuss and inform participants about Reiki as they are waiting for a session.

WHO IS ECKHART TOLLE: You may have noticed that Oprah Winfrey has been leading an online discussion group on Eckhart Tolle's book called, "A New Earth." As Oprah heralds his expression of peace and stillness she also announces that this is the topic that she is most passionate about. Indeed, as her attention on this material creates the "Oprah effect" here is inspiring evidence that a new awareness is emerging in our world.

Eckhart Tolle found himself in a profound state of suicidal depression. Many would call what he went through as the dark night of the soul. This painful, ongoing sense of suffering and disillusionment was born of the seeking for truth and happiness through success and the intellect. His search bore no lasting fruit. His existential anxiety and heavy headedness became so unbearable that he decided that he was going to kill himself. As a peculiar abstract puzzle of the mind showed up in his awareness he began to investigate the "I" of self that was going to kill the "me." A mysterious and profound awakening occurred. The illusory sense of "me" dissolved and for the next two years he sat in a part bench in an ineffable state of bliss and joy.

THE STRUCTURE: This Eckhart Tolle discussion group and practicum will be informational for beginners and full of great reminders for the Eckhart enthusiast. This will be a monthly, facilitated discussion group that will provide a safe and friendly atmosphere for the sharing of personal insights and spiritual awareness. As it is an open group anyone can attend once, occasionally or regularly. For those who plan to attend on a monthly basis certain chapters and assignments will be assigned. This will add to the discussion in the next meeting. An in-depth long term opportunity for group study will be available in September of 2008. WHAT IS THIS ABOUT? -- Once a month Aura Seer, Reiki Master and Transformation Specialist, Jeremy Anacker will lead a comprehensive healing clinic that will encourage participants to explore the awe and curiosity of one's own intuitive consciousness. ANATOMY OF THE AURA
-------------------------------------

Come to an introductory class on the human aura and participate in a group aura awareness session with Jeremy Anacker a gifted Aura Seer and Facilitator.

Is the shape full and round or other? A vital and powerful aura is naturally joyous and a
sense of self is held up with a gentle, strong and wise attitude.

Is the border thick or other? A thick area represents an area of energy that impedes the
inflow of the insight and wisdom that might help one?s life become easier.

Does the Aura dance move freely in the upper regions and less at the lower ones? This is often a form of imbalance that can mean different things to different people. At times it is a result of very developed higher awareness that is not in true response to the realities of daily life.

Does the energy move easily up the spine? At a ripe state of ones spiritual development the energy opens up and moves upward from the root chakra. When one pushes for spiritual progress this is different than being natural with ones self and letting the energies move on their own.

Are the chakras getting along? When chakras are getting along there is a sense in that person that they know that they are simply a magnificent multidimensional being and they are able to shift their awareness according to whatever circumstance comes up. If one has a somewhat rigid idea about the different levels that the chakras represent there can be the sense that they one is an organism of separate parts more than each chakra is an apparent aspect of one radiant whole.

After one is attuned and integrated with their Reiki Level I, Reiki II is offered as a means to boost the practitioners healing ability and to become apart of the distance healing community. The one day visit includes two attunements in the crown chakra in a 3 hour learning opportunity. ABOUT THE INTRO: Translated from Japanese, Reiki basically means 'Universal Life Force Energy. It is infinitely intelligent, everywhere and in everything. This field of healing energy is at our disposal.

Attunements activate the crown chakra in a way that a piece of the infinite intelligence is able to enter the beingness of the new practitioner and align him or her to access a vast field of divine healing energy.

Students experience traditional Reiki AND a contemporary approach. "Contemporary" means that we enter into this practice in its simplest form: moving beyond and through learned directions with expected results. We move into an ability to simply allow the Universal Life Force to flow. The energy is then directed by its own innate wisdom without human interference. Reiki, practiced from the highest possible consciousness, is the greatest source for healing.

Using the unlimited wisdom in the Reiki energy the healee (or subject) draws to her/himself, through the healer, what is needed. This happens beyond the intelligence of either party. Now we have real Reiki at work. Energy, at the trust level, seeks out the source of problems, blockages, and unbalanced physical, emotional, and spiritual vibrations.
